Jonathan and Leo are the founding and co-pastors of New Covenant Church San Antonio (NCCSA) It is our prayer, passion and desire to make New Covenant Church San Antonio a church that welcomes and embraces ALL people, and to fulfill the greatest commandment in The Word of God to “love God and love each other.” All leaders of (NCCSA) have been ordained through the Covenant Network, which is committed to establishing churches across the globe where the “Spirit of God is being poured out on all people” (Acts 2:17)
Favorite Verse: (Phil 1:20-21) I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
Jonathan grew up in a large home with nine siblings. He was born again in April of 2004 and has had a passion to serve the Lord in ministry ever since. He has always shared a desire for missions and to see the church be what God has called her to be. Jonathan has spent 13 months in Asia teaching English as well as ministering to children and youth. He has also spent over a year being equipped and trained by an Apostle in the house church movement for further work in the kingdom of God. In 2016 God brought Jonathan and Leonard together and they have been happily married since June of 2018.

Leonard was born and raised a Catholic then born again in July of 1982. His spiritual journey began first in the Spanish speaking Southern Baptist church. Then as he grew spiritually God began to lead him churches that were more Spirit filled. Leonard has been involved in many churches as his job took him all over the world. He has served in many capacities from sound ministry to Sunday School teacher, Later on he was involved in Youth ministry and was a lay minister in a Gospel church in Germany. He has made several missionary trips to include Honduras and Mexico.
